“ My family and I stopped in (on the west side patio) after Mexi Fest on July 5th for a drink and a quick bite. We were met by our waitress (we believe her name is Kayla) who was friendly. Our drinks however were taking some time. Was getting a bit disappointed but it wasn’t the end of the world...things happen. Our waitress noticed the delay in drinks and came over and said she’d look into it. We ate. Had our drinks and were satisfied BUT what Kayla did next surprised us very much. She took care of the entire bill. She went above and beyond and simply was professional, sweet, apologetic and simply super. I ordered the Blackened Chicken Sandwich, and it was nothing short of incredible. But what really made the experience memorable was the service. The manager, Jan, was super friendly and incredibly helpful. Jan went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed and made sure our visit was a smooth and enjoyable one. It's rare to encounter someone so genuinely dedicated to making your time at a restaurant enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting. She helped me pick out some really delicious food. And they have a nice variety of interesting dishes to choose from.
